Noiya Clothing - Spring 2010 T-shirt designs

Noiya Stencil tshirt

Noiya Graff tshirt

Method: Sketchbook / Pens / Laminated Stencils / Cutting knife/ Spraypaint / Scanner / Illustrator / Photoshop
Infomation: More work completed in collaboration with Josh Holmes & Noiya Clothing, this time for the Spring 2010 range. Both of these designs were first created in the real world before being digitised. The stencil logo was made by actually printing and cutting a stencil, spraying it, then scanning and vectorising the design after. I must have used at least 30 different calligraphic tipped pens to achieve the look i was searching for with the Graff 2010 design, but the final result definately made it all worth the extra effort. Once again the design was scanned, then traced.

Smarter Interiors business cards

Smarter Interiors Business cards

Method: Illustrator / Indesign
Infomation: SmarterInteriors Interior design is an offshoot of SmarterMoves. The two companies tie-in very closely together, with that being the case I created a logo similar to the Smartermoves logo to insinuate a connection, but added some floral elements and a new purple and silver colourway to create the feeling of prestige and high quality.

Overdose flyers

Overdose

Method: Sketchbook / Pens / Adobe Illustrator
Infomation: I was asked by Adrian Clarke to help promote his new night at DQ nightclub. After discussion with the promoters, researching the image of their competitors, and talking to people into the music I decided on the creation of an industrial theme. I opted for a logo that included some iconography, and eluded to the “devilish” nature of the night by modifying the type to emulate horns.
